摘要
针对工况大范围变化下单元机组协调控制的安全性与经济性要求,为了克服单元机组的非线性特性以及强耦合特性,结合精确反馈线性化的思想,设计用于机炉协调控制的非线性解耦PI控制器,同时利用DRNN在线动态整定PI控制器参数。仿真结果表明该控制器能在不同运行工况下取得满意的控制效果,同时具有较强的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性,能够快速跟踪负荷给定变化。
In view of large load change over a wide range, to satisfy security and economic requirement, a nonlinear decoupled PI controller for boiler-turbine system is proposed based on feedback linearization, with parameters online self-tuned by DRNN neural network to trail off nonlinearity and strong coupling. Process simulation results show that the control system has good robust stability and output signal disturbance rejection properties, which also achieves good tracking performance of drum pressure and output power over wide operating conditions.
