摘要
液化石油气(LPG)是一种以C3和C4为主要组成的液态烃的混合物,具有热值高,易燃绕,燃烧清洁,成本低(较于清柴油发电)等优点,是一种很好的燃料,具有很高的经济价值。但由于其易气化的特点,若在输送过程中保护不当,极易造成液化石油气输送泵气蚀。苏丹吉利联合循环电站是世界第六家使用该燃料的发电厂,介绍了LPG泵气蚀保护的应用。
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a kind hydrocarbon mixture with high heat value. It can be used as main fuel of gas turbine to generate power. But due to its gasification characteristic, it is easy to cause LPG pump cavitations. Only few power plants are burning LPG due to its high economic value. In some less developed countries short of energy source, it is a good attempt to use LPG to generate power. One way to protect LPG pump from cavitations is discussed.
