基于自适应模糊控制器的氧枪冷却水系统

摘要 针对炼钢厂水站系统中的氧枪枪位控制,设计了一种自适应模糊控制器。根据控制器输出误差在线调整参数,并按照氧枪枪位随流量变化的规律进行连续调节,给出相应的自适应算法,以实时修正模糊规则。从而确定了每一炉各个阶段氧枪的基本枪位,改变了原系统水泵长期全速运行造成严重能耗损失的状况。仿真结果表明:自适应模糊控制器能适应流量的变化,使氧枪枪位在整个炉役期都能处于最优的位置,改善了系统性能。 Aiming at the position of the lance in water station of steel works, a self-adaptive fuzzy controller is designed. The controller could be regulated continuously in accordance with its output error online conditioning parameters and the changing rule of lance position vs. flow. The related self-adaptive algorithm is given, so the fuzzy regulation is corrected in real time. Thus the basic lance height during each period of a furnace is defined, and the status of the former system that the water pumps running at a full speed in a long-term result in serious energy loss has been improved. The simulated result shows that the self-adaptive fuzzy controller can follow the change of flow, the lance height is in optimal values during the whole vessel campaign, and the system performance is also improved.
