摘要
某腈纶厂干法腈纶生产水洗拉伸机组控制系统由直流模拟调速装置和大量继电器组成,出现故障时难以判断。为节能降耗提高产量,由交流调速取代原直流调速系统,并提出了利用PLC对电控系统进行故障诊断,Profibus现场总线对电机速度和速度同步的诊断方法进行监测,并给出了变频器故障诊断流程图,同时介绍了ProTool组态软件设计人机界面在故障诊断中的应用。通过现场运行表明,该系统不但具有可靠性高、操作简单、速度同步精度高等特点,而且增强了系统的可维护性。该方案适用范围广,在同类产品生产中可进一步推广使用。
It ' s difficult to diagnose the faults in the control system of acrylic fiber wash-draw machine for dry acrylic fiber production, because the system is composed of DC analog regulators and lots of relays. For purposes of saving energy and increasing throughput, AC inverters are used for replacing existing system and fault diagnosis of electric control system is proposed by PLC. By adopting Prefibus, the speed of motors is monitored, and the speed synchronous is investigated. The flowcharts of fault diagnosis of inverters are provided. Furthermore, the application of human machine interface based on PreTool configuration software in fault diagnosis is presented. The result of field operation shows that the system features high reliability, simple operation and high accuracy of synchronization, and enhances its maintainability. The method can be widely used, even applied further in production of resemble products.
