An Accurate Method of Tool Abrasion Compensation for CNC Drilling Ceramic Honeycomb Extrusion Die

针对蜂窝陶瓷挤出模具在使用过程中存在的问题,即孔径与孔深变化的问题,提出了一种基于均匀分布的钻孔路径规划方法,补偿钻头直径磨损;另外设计了一自动对刀装置,来补偿钻头长度方向磨损,该装置结构简单,操作方便。

In this paper,a new kind of method for generating NC drilling path has been proposed based on uniform distribution to resolve the problem of ceramic honeycomb extrusion die in use process, especially the problem of the change of hole＇s diameter. Moreover ,an accurate and simple method and device of automatic tool preset and abrasion automatic compensation is described in this paper. The device is simple in structure ,convenient in operation and high in accuracy.
