摘要
介绍了在60t国产LF-VD精炼炉精炼高压气瓶钢的工艺改进,改进内容包括LF脱氧节奏、LF造渣、VD氩气控制、模铸铸温和铸速的改进等。改进后,气瓶钢的平均合格率提高了6.6%,钢成品达到S的质量分数≤0.005%、[H]体积分数≤1.5×1-0 6、[O]体积分数≤15×10-6的效果。
This paper introduces the craft improvement of high-pressure bottle steel in 60t domestically produced LF-VD refining furnace. The improvement content includes the LF deaeration rhythm,the LF slag formation,the VD argon control and so on. After improvement ,the average qualified rate enhances 6.6% ,the product achieves S≤0. 005%, [H]≤1.5ppm, [O]15ppm.
