摘要
在完成对CTR-200 g型精密离心机负载盘进行拓扑优化形成概念设计的基础上,针对负载盘结构布局的特征及相关设计参数对负载盘动态特性和自身质量的影响差异,采用了基于梯度工具的设计变量的灵敏度分析,对负载盘结构进行了优化设计,得到了负载盘的最佳设计结构。研究内容对提高系统精度、降低额定功率和提高电磁兼容性能等具有重要意义,并为负载盘的进一步工程设计提供了明确的指导方向。
On the basis of accomplishing to carrying out the topological optimization for forming the conception design on the loading disc of the CRT-200g typed precision centrifuge, and aiming at the characteristics of structural layout of loading disc and the difference of influence on the dynamic property of loading disc and its self weight affected by correlated designing parameters, and by adopting the sensitivity analysis based on the designing variable of gradient tools to carrying out optimization design on the structure of loading disc and obtained the optimum designing structure. The contents of study has important significance on enhancing the accuracy of system, lowering the rated power and raising electro-magnetic compatibility and etc., and provided an explicit guiding direction for the further engineering design of the loading disc.
