根据装饰客户需求,针对某装饰公司的实际情况,运用企业战略相关理论和方法,全面分析了公司所处的内、外部环境,提出了某公司发展的总体战略定位和目标,从而有利于企业充分利用战略手段,规避市场竞争风险,提高企业市场竞争力,使企业得以可持续发展。
Using relevant strategic theories of enterprises, the paper made a comprehensive analysis on the internal and extemal conditions of a decoration design engineering Co., Ltd, according to decoration clients' requirement and the actual situation of the Co., Ltd., and put forward a general strategic orientation and target, so as to facilitate the enterprise in using strategic means, avoiding market risk and enhancing market competitive power, enabling the sustainable development of the enterprise.
