摘要
在实验室实验的基础上,分析了混有不同浓度氢氧化钙煤样的氧化升温梯度和阻化时间变化率,基于高硫煤的循环氧化自燃机理,从化学反应理论、负催化活化中心理论和物理阻化作用三个方面深入分析了氢氧化钙阻化液对高硫煤的阻化机理。实验结果和上述机理在现场试验中得到了印证。
On the basis of a laboratory experiment, the temperature gradient of coal specimens with different Ca(OH)2 concentration and the change rate of their inhibition time are analysed.Based on the circular oxidation self-combustion mechanism of high-sulphur coal, the inhibition mechanism of Ca(OH)2 to high-sulphur coal is explained from chemical, negative-catalytic and physical inhibition actions.
