Construction of employment information platform for farmer laborer to clear channels for employment

农民工进城就业是我国工业化、城市化进程中的必然现象,但由于就业渠道不畅,致使大量农民工进城后搜寻工作面临很多困难,出现了农民工就业难的局面。本文在对农民工就业渠道调查的基础上,从农民工、劳务中介和用人单位三个方面对就业渠道不畅的原因进行分析,并提出了一些解决对策。

It is an inevitable phenomenon that farmer laborer enter cities to obtain employment in Chinese industrialization and urbanization process. But because employment channels are impeded, a large number of farmer laborer are facing with a lot of difficulties in search for work after they enter cities. This article investigates the farmer laborer employment channels, and carries on an analysis in the causes why employment channels are impeded for farmer laborers, labor service intermediary, and employers. Finally, it proposes some settlement countermeasures.
