国家语文法规与公众语言生活

Language legislation and Public Language Life

本文通过武汉市民对我国现已颁布的语文法规知晓水平及公众语言生活基本状况的调查,对我国语文法规的普及程度及政府相关举措的实施效应有了一个初步的了解。据此建议借鉴汉语拼音方案推行的方法和途径,把语文法规作为语言文字国情教育、爱国主义教育和法制教育的一个重要内容,通过基础教育的途径向社会渗透,从而提高国民的语文素养和法律意识。

Through an investigation on Wuhan public knowledge of language legislation and people＇s language life, we have reached a primary understanding of the popularization of China＇s language policy and the effects of their official implementation. This paper suggests that language policy be integrated into the national education of its legal knowledge, its patriotism, and linguistic situation, through the popularization of Hanyu Pinyin （汉语拼音）.Thus based on elementary education, the language quality and legal awareness of the public will be improved.
