摘要
本文在揭示韩国旧有教师评价政策问题的基础上,分析了政策调整过程中教师评价相关利益集团的不同态度和争论,最后描述了政策调整后的方案内容,并对政策试行的预期效果作出了预测。
Teacher evaluation in primary and secondary education has always been a concerned topic. In recent years, due to the social environmental changes, the existing teacher evaluation system in Korea has various problems and dissatisfaction. It cannot meet the requirements of administrative governance and causes teacher credit crisis from students and parents. As a result, the Korean government issued new evaluation approach. This article draws on problems of the original teacher evaluation policy, analyzes various attitudes and arguments from the stakeholders of teacher evaluation in the process of policy adjustment, describes the revised evaluation approach and tries to foretell the policy anticipatory effects.
