摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)制备样品,应用气质联用(GC-MS)技术进行温州蜜桔精油中挥发性化学成分鉴定,共鉴定出42种化学成分,不饱和烃类化合物占挥发物总量的96.56%,主要成分为异柠檬油精(25.92%)、2-(1-甲基乙缩醛)-二环[2,2]庚烷(19.82%)、4-甲基-1-(1-甲乙基)-环己烯(15.81%)、2-乙基-1-辛烯-3-炔(9.20%)、β-香叶烯(8.59%)、3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(6.41%)。鉴定的挥发性成分占挥发物总量的98.77%。
Head space solid phase microextraction (SPME) technique was employed to extract volatile compounds of essential oil from weizhou honeyorange. Volatile compounds of essential oil were isolated and identified successfully by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and 42 components were identified. It was found the main components were Isolimonen (25.92%), 2-(1-Methylethylidene)-bicyclo[2,2]heptane (19.82%), 4-Methyl-1-(1-methylethenyl)-cyclohexene (15.81%), 2-Ethyl-1-octen-3-yne(9.20%), 13-myrcene (8.59%), (E)-3,7-Dimethy1-1,3,6-octatriene (6.41%). The volatile components identified is 98.77% in volatile compounds.
