摘要
探讨补充葛根素对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病(DM)大鼠机体血糖和抗氧化能力的影响,结果表明:DM对照组血糖值与MDA明显提高,T-AOC、SOD、GSH、GSH-PX、CAT显著下降;DM补充组血糖与MDA明显降低,T-AOC、SOD、GSH、GSH-PX、CAT显著上升。补充葛根素能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,提高胰岛素含量,显著增强大鼠机体抗氧化功能。
To investigate the effects of puerarin on blood sugar and serum antioxidant capacity in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The level of blood sugar in the diabetic control group always increased, the results of T-AOC, SOD, GSH-PX, GSH, CAT reduced very notably, the content of MDA increased significantly. But The level of blood sugar and MDA in the diabetic administrated group declined significantly, the results of T-AOC, SOD, GSH-PX, GSH, CAT and MDA increased very notably. This study showed that puerarin administration could reduce the level of blood sugar, increase the content of insulin and improve antioxidant capacity in diabetic rats.
