摘要
枣果是我国食品中具有明显比较优势和国际竞争力的保健食品,具有广阔的发展前景。本文在概述我国枣果生产现状的基础上,论述了发展无公害枣果食品生产的重要性,分析了我国枣果食品生产的安全问题,并提出了促进我国枣果食品安全生产的对策。
The fruit of jujube is one health food that has comparatively superiority and international competitive capability, with wide developing prospect. Based on summarize the productive present situation of Chinese jujube fruit, the importance of developing safe and high quality jujube food was elaborated. The safety problem of jujube fruit food production in China was analyzed, and the development counter-measures of the safety food of Chinese jujube were also pointed out in this paper.
