摘要
银杏叶枸杞菊花保健饮料是以银杏叶、枸杞及菊花为主要原料,经过一系列处理及科学方法配制而成。它是一种酸甜可口、风味独特、营养丰富,适合于各类人群饮用,尤其是中老年饮用的保健性饮料。本文研究了银杏叶及枸杞的浸提工艺,并通过正交试验确定了保健饮料的最佳配方。
Gingkgo leaf, medlar and chrysanthemum health drink was scientifically made mainly from Gingkgo leaf, medlar and chrysanthemum by a series of disposal. The health drink with particular flavor and rich nutrition is fit for all people especially wrinkly and old folks. This article studied water extraction technology of Gingkgo leaf and medlar and identified the best prescription of health drink by orthogonal design.
