摘要
以玉米淀粉的副产物玉米黄浆为原料,提取其中的β-胡萝卜素。选择合适提取剂,对提取过程中相关的工艺参数进行了详细地考察,建立了从玉米黄浆中提取天然β-胡萝卜素的方法,并结合柱层析法对提取物进行分离纯化,得到纯度较高的β-胡萝卜素产品。此工艺可从玉米黄浆中有效地提取β-胡萝卜素,为提高玉米的附加值提供参考。
An extraction method of natural β-carotene from maize paste was studied. The related factors which affected the extraction rate of β-carotene were examined, and the technology for extraction of β-carotene from maize paste was set up. To raise the purity of β -carotene, the coarse specimen was separated and purified by the column chromatography. The extraction technology can be use to effectually extract the natural β-carotene from maize paste, and provide some reference for enhancing the value of corn gluten meal.
