摘要
在一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)中加入组合填料,对北京某国际公寓的生活污水处理进行了生产性试验。试验表明,在进水水温15~22℃,pH值6.5~7.2,曝气气水体积比9~10∶1,COD198.6~563.5 mg/L,NH+4-N20.5~55.3 mg/L,反应器中混合液悬浮固体浓度(MLSS)维持在5200~7800 mg/L时,MBR对水中的COD、NH4+-N平均去除率分别为90.6%、68.7%,出水中检测不出SS和大肠菌群,浊度小于1NTU,水质满足CJ2511-89《生活杂用水水质标准》。在相同条件下,未加填料反应器MLSS平均值必须维持在12000mg/L以上时才能达到类似处理效果。由于反应器中加入组合填料,降低了MLSS的浓度,减少了膜污染,在膜通量不变情况下,化学清洗周期可延长35~40d。
scale-producing test was carried out for treating domestic wastewater by membrane bioreactor,which was packed with hybrid media. Under the condition of the influent temperature 15 -22℃, pH 6.5 -7.2, aeration with volume ratio of air to water,9- 10:1, COD 198.6-563.5mg/L, NH4^+-N 20.5-55,3mg/L;mixture liquid suspended solid (MLSS) of 5200-7800mg/L, the reactor can effectively remove the pollutants and the average removal rate of COD ,NH3-N was 90.6%,68.7% respectively. Both SS and coliforms were below the detection limits in the permeate of membrane, and the turbidity was less than 1NTU. The effluent meets the Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard (CJ2511 -89).
