浅谈信息时代图书馆团队管理 被引量:2

摘要 随着信息时代的到来,对图书馆人员知识结构的要求变得越来越难以实现,仅凭个人智慧难以承担知识管理的重任。因此,图书馆实行团队管理能够实现图书馆人才资源和社会资源的最优整合,是当今图书馆提高竞争力的重要手段,是提升图书馆绩效的必然选择。
