Annual Progress Report 2006 of Dublin Core Metadata Initiative

DCMI （Dublin Core Metadata Initlative） had just held a successful annual conference （DC-2006） at Manzanillo, Mexico on Oct.3-6, 2006. This Daper reported the ongoing activities during the conference and through out, the whole past year, outlined the annual progresses of DCMI and all its working groups, and made a brief introduction on the recent restructuring of DCMI working mechanism and the announcement of DC-2007 conference.
