我国高师院校教师教育发展问题探究

On the Development of Teachers' Education in China's Normal Universities

当前我国师范教育正处于一个重要的转型时期,师范教育体系正经历着重大变革,即由传统的师范教育向现代教师教育转型。本文首先分析了当前我国高师院校教师教育发展面临的诸多挑战,接着从大学化、专业化、一体化、开放化四个方面探讨了现代教师教育发展的主要趋势,最后从观念、定位和目标等方面指出我国高师院校教师教育的发展思路。

Presently, education at normal universities in China is experiencing great changes at the transitional period, that is, the transformation from the traditional model to the modern model. This paper firstly analyzes a good many challenges in this field, then discusses its main development trend from four aspects that cover universitilization, specialization, integration and openness and finally points out its development approaches in terms of concept, positioning, target and so on.
