外汇储备管理体系的国际比较及对我国的借鉴

Comparison of international management systems for foreign exchange reserves and its enlightenment on China

截止到2006年6月末我国外汇储备余额已达到9411.15亿美元,我国是拥有全球第一大外汇储备的经济体。本文首先介绍了新加坡、挪威采取的多层次的储备管理体系;然后介绍了美国、日本的双层次的储备管理体系;并对四国储备体系的特点进行了简要比较。最后给出了中国应如何改善其外汇储备管理体系的政策建议。

By the end of June, 2006, the balance of China＇s foreign exchange reserves has reached 941. 115 billion US dollars and China is the economic body which owns biggest foreign exchange reserve. This paper firstly introduces the multiple - management systems for the foreign exchange reserves management in Singapore and Norway, then introduces the double - management system in U. S. and Japan, compares the management systems of the four countries, at last gives some recommendations about how to reform China＇s management system of foreign exchange reserves.
