摘要
１９９０～１９９４年共收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者１０８例，其中６８例行非手术治疗，４０例经椎动脉造形定位分别施行手术治疗。结合当前治疗进展和疗效分析，提出横突孔切开椎动脉外膜剥离术是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效术式。
We observed 108 cases diagonized as vertebral insufficiency type of cervical spondylosis from 1990 to 1994, 40 cases of them were operated in five different ways,the others were non-operatd.We investigated the curative effect of operation and non-operation,but also studied the five different operation ways,The results suggest that verterbral adventitia decollement is the effective operation way to treat the vertebral arterial insufficiency type of cervical sponodylosis.
