摘要
冲管解卡工艺是将小直径的管柱下入到油管中,在油管中建立液流的循环通道,利用该通道把砂子带到地面,一直冲洗到人工井底(或灰面),给油管外的砂子下沉留有一定的口袋;若砂子不下沉,可以通过抽汲在沉砂上下建立压差,形成一定的压力激动,使砂子下沉,达到油管解卡的目的。经过现场应用,取得了良好效果,经济效益明显。
Tech of rush pipe for unstuck is using small diameter stem to low into tube and building a circulating channel for fluid in it to carry sand to surface by these channel and wash to manpower bottom (or ash surface) which provides a certain space for sand of outer of tube to sink. If sand is not sunk, by operation of swab to build a different pressure between up and down of sunk sand to form a de- terminate pressure stir makes the sand to sink to reach the objective of unstuck. By field examples, a good effect gas been gained and the economic benefit is obvious.
