摘要
采用日立-835型氨基酸自动分析仪对33例重度妊高征和29例正常妊娠妇女血清中16种游离氨基酸及氮进行了定量分析,初步探讨了上述物质的异常改变与妊高征及其脑病发生的关系。发现重度妊高征母体血清氮基酸有如下变化;①高氨基酸血症和氨质血症;②高芳香族氨基酸(苯丙氨酸和酪氨酸)血症和低支链氨基酸/芳香氨基酸比值;③高苏、谷、甘、胱和精氨酸血症。子痫组的谷氨酸含量明显高于先兆子痫组(P<0.05)。重度妊高征存在着明显的血清氨基酸及氮的改变,并与高血压和妊高征性脑病有关。这可能有助于研究妊高征及妊高征性脑病的病理生理学。对于妊高征患者应慎用含芳香族氨基酸及谷氨酸等的复合氨基酸制剂。
To probe into the correlation between the severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrom with its encephalopathy and the changes of free amino acids in the mother's serum.Design:16 kinds of the free amino acids and ammonia in the mother's serum in 33 cases with PIH and 29 cases with normal preg- nancy were analysed by auto—aminoacid—analysor. Results:The changes of the free amino acid and am- monia in the mother's serum in patients with PIH were as follows,①Aminoacidemia and ammonemia;② High aromatic aminoacidemia and low branched/aro- matic ratio;③High threonine,arginine,glycine,cystine and glutamic acidemia.The level of the glutamic acid in the eclampsia group was much higher than that in the preeclampsia group.Conclusion.There were obvi- ously abnormal changes of the free amino acids and ammonia in the moter's serum who were with PIH, which suggested that there must be some correlations between the above changes and PIH as well as its en- cephalopathy.The characteristic spectrum we found primarily might be helpful for the study on the patho- physiologies of PIH and its encephalopathy.Our find- ings showed that it should be cautious to use the transfusions containing large amount of the aromatic and glutamie acide in treating the PIH.
