乙醇对大鼠脑中抗坏血酸释放的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用脑内透析法结合高效液相电化学检测发现乙醇以剂量依赖方式增加大鼠纹状体和伏隔核细胞外液抗坏血酸含量。腹腔注射乙醇(3.0g/kg)30~50min后,可使伏隔核和纹状体抗坏血酸释放分别增加约140%和120%。然而,这种作用与乙醇引起动物麻醉的作用似乎无关。乙醇对这些神经核团中抗坏血酸释放影响的药理意义值得进一步研究。 The extracellular ascorbate amount in rat striatum and nucleus accumbens was increased by ethanol in a dose-dependent manner detected by brain dialysis coupled to high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection.Ethanol(3.0g/kg,i.p.) 30 ̄50min.after administration increased ascorbate release to 140% and 120% above the baseline in n,accumbens and striatum respectively.However,it seems that the increase in ascorbate release is not related to the anesthetic effect of ethanol.The pharmacological significance of ascorbate release induced by ethanol in the brain structure needs further elucidation.
