华桑根皮化学成分的研究

A STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE ROOT BARK OF MORUS CATHAYANA HEMSL

从桑科桑属植物华桑（ＭｏｒｕｓｃａｔｈａｙａｎａＨｅｍｓｌ．）的根皮中分离得到７个化合物，经理化性质及波谱分析分别鉴定为：α－香树脂醇（α－ａｍｙｒｉｎ），α－香树脂醇乙酸酯（α－ａｍｙｒｉｎａｃｅｔａｔｅ），（３β，１３α，１４β，１７α）－７，２４－二烯－３－乙酰羊毛甾醇（ｂｕｔｙｒｏｓｐｅｒｍｙｌａｃｅｔａｔｅ），β－谷甾醇（β－ｓｉｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ），胡萝卜甙（ｄａｕｃｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ），莨菪亭（ｓｃｏｐｏｌｅｔｉｎ），七叶灵（ｅｓｃｕｌｉｎ），其中α－香树脂醇乙酸酯、（３β，１３α，１４β。

Four compounds were isolated from the root bark of Morus cathayana Hemsl.On the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectrometric analysis,they were identified as follows:α-amyrin,α-amyrin acetate butyrospermyl acetate,β-sitosterol,daucosterol,scopoletin,esculin,Among them,α-amyrin acetate, butyrospermyl acetate and esculin are reported for the first time to be isolated from their genus.
