用热分析技术和红外光谱法鉴别花鹿茸的研究 被引量:9

摘要 热分析技术可用以快速鉴定花鹿茸的组成,差热曲线显示花鹿茸的失水峰的外延起始温度为38.9℃,其所含蛋白质的热解外延起始温度305℃。热重曲线显示花鹿茸含水分8.29%,含蛋白质40.28%,含无机物51.00%,应用差热分析法求花鹿茸细粉的热解活化能,未角化的内部组织的平均热解活化能为13.13KJ/mol(SD=0.12KJ/moln=3),表皮层的平均热解活化能为43.09KJ/mo1(SD=6.28KJ/mol,n=3),表皮层的热解活化能比之未角化的内部组织的热解活化能大。红外光谱确定花鹿茸在280~480℃热解的有机物为蛋白质类,其无机物残渣为骨炭,花鹿茸在150℃以下有良好的稳定性。 Thermal analytical technique was used as a rapid means for the identification of pilose antler sika.DTA curve showed that the extra-expolation temperature of the water and the proteins in pilose antler were 38.9℃ and 305.0℃ respectively.TG curve showed that pilose antler of sika contained 8.29% of water,40.28%of proteins and 51.0% of inorganic compounds, The proteins degradating ranging from 280℃ to 480℃ were identified by IR,The residue after the degradation was bone black.The powder of pilose antler of sika was quite stable below 150℃.
