摘要 研究β-环糊精(β-cyclodextrin,β-CD)与氯霉素(chloramphenicol)在水溶液中的包合反应。测定紫外吸收光谱变化值(ΔA),用连续递变法测定包合物组成的摩尔比。实验证明,氯霉素在β-CD水溶液中的溶解度曲线呈AL型,包合物组成摩尔比为1∶1。温度升高,氯霉素-β-CD包合物的形成常数Kf减少,包合物生成能(ΔG)增大,反应热(ΔH)为-60.53KJ/mol。包合过程为放热过程。 The inclusion reaction of chloramphenicol and β cyclodextrin in aqueous solution was studied. The change (ΔA) of ultraviolet spectrum was determined. The composition ratio of the inclusion complex between chloramphenicol and β CD was obtained by the continueous variation method. The solubility diagram of chloramphenicol in aqueous solution of β CD was of A L type,and the composition ratio of the inclusion complex was 1∶1. With the temperature increasing,the formation constant value of the inclusion complex decreased.The reaction heat was -60.53 KJ/mol. The inclusion reaction is an exothermic one.
