摘要
以四苯硼酸-汉防己甲素离子缔合物作活性材料,制成了PVC膜汉防己甲素电极。对影响电极性能的诸因素进行了讨论,以最佳条件制备的电极其线性区为5.0×10-3~5.0×10-6mol/L,平均斜率为26.5mV/pC,检测下限为1.0×10-7mol/L,在pH1.0~5.5范围内适用。电极抗干扰能力强,响应快,重现性和稳定性较好,适用于汉防己甲素制剂的快速测定。
Using tetrandrine tetraphenylborate ion pair complex as active material,PVC membrane tetrandrine ion selective electrode was prepared. The factors associating with the electrode response were discussed in detail.The electrode shows Nerstian response over the tetradrine concentration range from 5.0×10 -3 to 5.0×10 -6 mol/L in the pH range of 1.0 to 5.5,with a slope of 26. 5mV/decade, the limit of detection being 1.0×10 -7 mol/L.Regular cations and organic acids show little interference. The electrode gives fast response and good reproducibility,and has long life span. It is suitable for rapid determination of tetrandrine samples.
