HPLC同时测定复方依那普利片中马来酸依那普利和氢氯噻嗪的含量

本文报道采用高效液相色谱法，以磺胺氯哒嗪为内标同时测定复方依那普利中马来酸依那普利和氢氯噻嗪两组分的含量。在ＹＱＧ－Ｃ１８柱上，以氯化四甲基铵磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ２．５）－甲醇乙醚混合液（７∶３）为流动相，流速１．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，用２１５ｎｍ波长检测。平均回收率：马来酸依那普利１００．６％，ｎ＝１０，ＲＳＤ＝１．３％；氢氯噻嗪１００．４％，ｎ＝１０，ＲＳＤ＝１．９。方法简便，准确。

This paper reportes the simultaneous determination of hydrochlorothizide and enalapril maleate in compound enalapril tablets by HPLC with sulfachlorpyridzine as internal standard The chromatographic conditions were YQG C 18 7μm(4 6mm×25cm) column with 0 025 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 2 5) containing 0 005 mol/L tetramethylammonire chloride-mixture of methanol and ether (7∶3) as mobile phase,flow rate 1 5ml/mim and detection wavelenth 215nm The average recovery rate of hydrochlorothizide and enalapril meleate was 100 6% ( n=10),RSD =1 3% and 100 4% ( n=10),RSD =1 9%,respectively
