咳特灵片中扑尔敏含量测定的研究

Determination of Chlorpheniramine Maleate Content in Keteling Tablet by Spectrophotometry

分别用锌试剂、甲基橙与扑尔敏络合，用二氯甲烷萃取，分光光度法测定咳特灵片中扑尔敏的含量，结果表明锌试剂法，扑尔敏在２．５～２０．０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内呈良好线性关系，平均回收率９８．７％，ＲＳＤ为１．４８％，甲基橙法扑尔敏在２．５～１２．５μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内呈良好线性关系，平均回收率９９．４％，ＲＳＤ为０．９９％。两种方法均能排除干扰，结果稳定，操作简便，可作为该片中扑尔敏的含量测定方法。

The content of chlopheniramine meleate in Keteling tablet was determined by zincon or methyl orange complexometric extraction spectrophotometry The results showed that when complexed with zincon,there existed good linar relationship in the concentration range from 2 5 μg/ml to 20 0μg/ml,with average recovery rate 98 7% and RSD 1 48% When complexed with methyl orange ,the linar concentration range is 2 5￣12 5μg/ml,with average recovery rate 99 4% and RSD 0 99% Both methods are accurate ,simple and reliable, and have no interference from other components in the tablet.
