重视高坝大库的抗震安全——纪念唐山大地震30周年 被引量:3

摘要 本文概述了我国面临高坝建设的历史机遇和其抗震安全的严重挑战,提出确保大坝工程抗震安全的基本理念。首先,大坝抗震安全评价必须要遵照坝址地震动输入、坝体结构体系的地震响应和大坝材料的动态抗力三个方面相互配套的原则;同时要有敢于突破传统、敢于创新的精神;最后,提出了在当前我国高坝中占主位的拱坝的抗震安全关键技术问题,并简要报导了在其地震动输入、坝体结构体系的地震响应和大坝材料的动态性能三个方面的最新研究进展。 This paper is written in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of Tangshan earthquake. The author recalls the enlightenment, inspiration and encouragement induced by the impressions during the field investigation on earthquake damage at the Douhe Dam near Tangshan on the first day of the event. It is appealing to pay great attention to the seismic safety of high dams with large reservoir. Historic opportunities and rigorous challenges in high dam construction in China are briefly described. Two arisen basic conceptions ensuring the seismic safety of large dams are emphasized, i. e. the principal of coordination among three aspects of seismic input, responses of dam system and dynamic resistances of dam materials for seismic safety assessment, and the inspiration of bold innovation and breaking through of popular traditions in seismic design of dams. Finally, some recent advances in researches of the abovementioned three aspects for arch dams during the past 30 years are briefly introduced.
