摘要
基于对严重的人才危机现实的认识以及出于对朝廷的忠心,在为官生涯中张之洞不断向朝廷举荐人才。荐才时,他坚持德才兼备的标准,形成了“四重一不”即重经历、重经验、重政绩、重名声和不拘一格的荐才特色。
With loyalty to the imperial government and concern for the shortage of talents, Zhang Zhidong kept on recommending men of worth to the imperial government when he was in office. He set up some requirements for talents, judging candidates by their experience, success and reputation, to recruit all kinds of talented people.
