CT ANALYSIS OF CSF CELL COMPONENTS

将细胞ｃＴ技术应用于脑脊液细胞学研究，对脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）细胞成分进行连续光切片、断层扫描，分析其形态，三维重组以观察细胞各个侧面的表面形态，可为临床神经病的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后提供重要的实验室依据，也为ＣＳＦ细胞学的研究提供了一条新途径。

The cell CT technique was applied to the study of CSP cell components.Usingserial optic sections and tomographic scanning,the cell morphological character was anal-ysed,and 3D reconstruction was made for observation of cell profile features.These mayprovide an important experimental basis for diagnosis,differential diagnosis treatment andprognosis in clinical neurology,and also provide a new path to the study of CSFC.
