复发性口疮与自身免疫性疾病的对照研究

COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON THE RECURRENT APHTHOUS ULCER AND AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES

采用速率散射比浊法对复发性口疮患者与自身免疫性疾病（系统性红斑狼疮及类风湿关节炎）患者的体液免疫功能进行对照研究。结果：（１）３组血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ均高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）；（２）系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎血清Ｃ＿３低于正常人，而复发性口疮血清Ｃ＿４高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）；（３）复发性口疮与系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎其它临床特征相符。认为复发性口疮体液免疫功能亢进，属于自身免疫性疾病。

The humoral immune function were tested in 75 cases of Recurrent AphthousUlcer and 82 cases of autoimmune diseases(including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus 38cases and Rheumarthritis 44 sases)using rate nepholometry. The results showed that(1)IgG,IgA and IgM in serum of three groups were higher than that of healthy( p <0.05);(2) C_3 in serum of SLE and RA cases was loweri C_4 in serum of RAU cases was higher thannormal(p<0. 05);(3)The clinical characteristics of RAU, SLE and RA were similar.Itis indicated that the function of humoral immunity of RAU cases is in hyperaction,andRAU is part of the autoimmune diseases.
