N-乙酰半胱氨酸对小鼠巨噬细胞Toll样受体2/4基因表达的影响 被引量:2

Effect of NAC on LPS-induced toll-like receptor 2 and 4 expressions in murine macrophages

摘要 Toll样受体(TLRs)是病原微生物跨膜信号转导的重要受体,其中TLR2是一种具有广泛识别能力的“模式”受体,而TLR4在炎症反应中的作用尤为显著,体外观察证实它是细菌内毒素的识别与信号转导过程中的主要受体。N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)可进入体内合成还原性谷胱甘肽,改变细胞氧化还原平衡状态。现采用NAC调整巨噬细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平,观察其对脂多糖(LPS)所致小鼠巨噬细胞TLR2/4基因表达的影响。
