摘要
通过理论分析和实验研究,制定了φ88.9×6.45油管端部镦锻成形工艺,并设计出相应模具。同时采用DEFORM3D塑性有限元模拟分析软件,对φ88.9×6.45油管端部镦锻成形过程进行三维有限元模拟,分析油管在端部镦锻过程中的变形规律,预测成形缺陷的产生,为获得合格的锻件并制订合理的镦锻工艺提供理论指导。在此基础上,优化工艺参数和模具结构。
The end upsetting forming process was established and the corresponding dies were designed. At the same time, using the plastic finite element simulation analytical software DEFORM 3D, the three-dimensional simulation for the end upsetting forming process of the φ88.9×6.45 oil tube was made, the deforming law of the end upsetting process of the oil tube was analyzed.The generation of the forming flaws was predicted.Which provided a theoretical guide for the establishment of the proper upsetting process and the requisition of the qualified oil tube. On the basis of these, the process parameter and die structure were optimized.
