对缸盖裂纹，进行了解剖分析。根据其结构特点，通过模拟优化凝固过程和熔炼工艺，制造高精度模具．提高内腔清洁度等措施,成功解决了缸盖使用过程中的裂纹缺陷。

The crack of the cylinder head in using was analyzed.According to its structurc fcature,opimizing simulation process during solldification,opimizing melting process,manufacturing high accuracy pattern,improving cleanness of inner chamber,the crack defect of cylinder head was successfully solved.
