摘要
采用有限元算法,对球墨铸铁件凝固过程进行计算,从微观组织形成机理方面,动态考虑石墨化膨胀和型腔扩大的影响;通过软件编程,实现了球墨铸铁件缩孔缺陷的定量化预测。
Basing on the mechanism of microstructure forming,considering the influence of graphite expansion and mould enlargement during solidification in different time and space,the solidification course of ductile iron was calculably simulated by finite element method (FEM).Through software programing,the aim of predicting shrinkage defect of ductile irom can be reached accurately and quantitatively.
