摘要
以空心涡轮叶片作为典型件,开展了定向凝固过程中叶片、陶瓷型芯和陶瓷型壳温度场的数值模拟,分析了陶瓷在定向凝固过程中的膨胀特点,对空心叶片铸造过程中陶瓷型芯的定位进行了设计。
The simulations of the temperature fields on blade, ceramic core and ceramic shell during directional solidification were investigated by hollow turbine blades. The expand-behavior characteristic of ceramic at the course of solidification was analyzed. The locating model of ceramic cores was designed.
