摘要
提取阴道毛滴虫总核酸为模板,根据GenBank中发表的阴道毛滴虫病毒序列(U08999,NC003873,NC003824,NC003834)设计1对简并引物,经RT-PCR得到与预计大小一致的PCR特异性产物,将其进行克隆、测序,得到目的基因片段长度为1454bp,与阴道毛滴虫病毒T1株(U08999)的序列同源性最高为82.9%。
A pair of degenerate primers were designed following the published nucleotide sequence of Trichomonas vaginalis virus(U08999, NC003873, NC003824, NC003834). Using the total nucleic acids extracted from the Trichomonas vaginalis as template, RT-PCR was performed with the primers to obtain a fragment of the TVV. The product was cloned, sequenced and compared with the sequences available in the GenBank. The size of the amplified gene was 1 454bp, which shares 82.9% sequence identity with the Trichoraonas vaginalis virus T1.
