摘要 讨论电能质量监测的必要性和监测装置的分类,分析电能质量在线监测装置的发展现状,提出一种电能质量在线监测系统。该系统由监测终端和监测中心组成,监测终端采用FP- GA、DSP、ARM等技术,实现了数据的采集、计算、存储、传输、就地显示以及对多路开关量的监控;监测中心完成对终端的远程控制和管理,并对上传的数据作进一步的综合分析和处理。介绍了系统的组成、功能、设计与实现、特点和运行情况等。 The necessity of monitoring for power quality and the classification of monitoring devices is discussed, and the actuality of online monitoring devices is analyzed. An online monitoring system for power quality, which is composed of monitoring terminals and a monitoring center is put forward. The terminals adopt the technique of FPGA, DSP, ARM, etc, and implement data collecting, computing, saving, transferring, displaying on the spot and the monitoring for multiplex onoff. The monitoring center fulfills remote control and supervision of the terminals, and makes further comprehensive analyzing and processing of the uploading data from the terminals. The composition, function, design and implementation, characteristics, running, etc. of the system are introduced in details.
