摘要
根据合金材料凝固过程电场处理应用的需要,设计出高能脉冲电源装置。该电源输出脉冲电流的幅值、脉宽和频率都可以在规定的范围内连续可调。文中分析了高能脉冲电源的组成,并为此设计了以单片机为核心的控制电路。采用了新颖的脉冲电流幅值检测方法,解决了窄脉冲电流幅值难以检测的问题。
The device of a new high energy pulse power generator is designed according to the need of the application of alloy material solidifies course which disposed in dectric field. Pulse width and frequency can be adjustable in succession within the range of the fixed one. The composition of the pulse power of high energy is analyzed, and control circuit taking single-chip microcomputer as the core for this is designed. A new method of pulse peak detection is designed and the problem that the peak of the narrow pulse is difficult to detect is solved.
