摘要
本文研究了大豆油中砷的氢化物-原子吸收法测定方法。样品中砷用HNO3和H2SO4湿法硝化提取,采用氢化物发生器和原子吸收分光光度计进行测定。本实验采用添加法测定回收率,添加水平为0.01-0.2mg·ks-1时,其平均回收率为94.85%-101.24%。本方法的最低检出限为测定0.01mg·kg-1。
The arsenic in soybean oil was studied by hydride generation - atomic absorption method. Arsenic was nitrated and abstracted by azotic acid and sulfuric acid, and determined by hydride deviser and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The recovery rate was determined by additive process with a standard of 0.01 - 0.2mg · kg^-1. The average recovery rate was 94.85% - 101.24%. The lowest detection limit was 0.01mg · kg^-1.
