本文对亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定硫化物过程中容易忽视的环节,如测定用水和试剂、样品采集和保存、样品测试等能对测定产生影响的因素进行了探讨,规范了测试中的操作技术,提高了测试的准确度和精密度。

Factors as diluting water, reagent, sampling, preservation and determination process, which would effect the determination of sulfide in water with methylene blue spectrophotometry, were discussed in this paper. The determination process was standardized, which improved the accuracy and precision thereof.
