总结了硬质合金生产中可能造成脏化的因素,主要包括杂质的脏化,混合料制备的脏化,成型剂的脏化和生产工艺的脏化。从理论和实际生产角度分析了造成脏化的原因,探讨了脏化机理。针对不同类型的脏化,从实际工作角度提出了不同的解决方案。
Different pollutants in cemented carbide, including impurities in raw materials, pollutants in milling, granulation, binding and other processes, are summarized. The pollution is analysed theoretically and practically. Different countermeasures are put for word against different kinds of pollution.
