实践与改革是无止境的,家庭承包制理论的发展是无穷尽的。邓小平在总结农民群众创造性经验基础上,把家庭承包制界定为马克思主义合作制理论在中国实践中的新发展。江泽民在深化农村改革实践中,进一步丰富发展家庭承包制理论。即家庭承包经营既适应于传统农业,也适应于现代农业;在家庭承包制的基础上发展农业产业化经营,是实现传统农业向现代农业转变的重要途径;稳定家庭承包经营,既是发展农业生产力的客观要求,也是稳定农村社会的根本性措施。
