摘要
随着中国股权分制改革的深入,上市公司认股权激励问题也一步一步提上日程。要解决好这个问题,必须要借鉴国外认股权激励的成功经验,结合中国实际国情,将EVA引入传统认股权激励机制。因而,要在基于EVA的上市公司认股权激励计划绩效评估指标体系、行权价和授股数量的确定方法等技术问题上,以及对传统认股权激励的不足之处进行改善上,进行深入研究。
With the further innovation of china eapitalmarket going deeply, the incentive problem of issue corpurations is need to solve urgently, The paper using foreign corporations' success experiences for references, basing onthe material situation of China, introduces EVA to the traditional executive stock option incentive system, and dissertates the performance assessment index of the ESO plan of issue corporatiou using EVA, including the ways of how to make sure the executive price and the amount of granted stocks,thus improves the deficiency of traditional ESO plan.
