Basic Ideas and Development Objectives of Building Secondary-level School Library——Hainan University in Secondary-level Libraries Construction

二级图书馆在学校文献资源的配置和服务中起到重要作用,因而有必要对大学图书馆二级馆建设的基本思路和发展目标进行分析和探讨。文章通过我校二级馆的建设,给出了二级馆建设的基本思路和采取的主要措施,对以后的二级馆的建设具有一定的指导意义。

Secondary-level school libraries play an important role in resources allocation and documentation services, hence it is necessary to analyze and explore basic ideas and development objectives of building secondary libraries. This article presents basic ideas and main measures of building secondary library by the instance of building secondary library of our school, and these provide practical guidance for building subsequent secondary library.
